Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify missing revenue, unwanted costs, and improvement opportunities to enhance customer margins.
- Detect and resolve data integrity issues, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
- Produce detailed reports on project achievements, challenges, and potential roadblocks, aiding the project manager in decision-making.
- Engage in rigorous follow-ups to ensure issue resolution, adhering to proper escalation protocols when necessary.
- Utilize Excel, MS Access, and other tools for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to articulate issues and requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent email etiquette and presentation skills in all communications.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and MS Access.
- Strong self-organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the telecom domain is an added advantage.
